Allahumma rabba hazihid da' watittamah. Wassolatil qaimah. Ati saiyidana Muhammadanil wasilata wal fadhilah. Wassyarafa waddarajatal 'aliatar rafi'ah. Wab'athhul maqamal mahmudal lazi wa'adtah. Innaka laatukhliful mi'ad. Rabbighfirli waliwalidaiya (3X). Warhamhuma kama rabbayani saghira. Wasollallahu 'ala saiyidini Muhammadiw wa'alihi wasahbihi wassallam.

Maksudnya: Ya Allah, Wahai Tuhan yang telah mensyariatkan seruan azan dan sembahyang yang akan didirikan. Kurniakanlah kedudukan yang tinggi dan terpuji yang engkau telah janjikan kepada junjungan kami Nabi Muhammad dan kehormatan, sesungguhnya Engkau tidak memungkiri janji. Ya Allah ampunilah aku serta ibubapaku dan kurniakanlah rahmat kepada keduanya sebagaimana kedua mereka memelirara akan daku. Dan selamat sejahtera atas junjungan kami Muhammad dan keluarganya dan sahabat-sahabat baginda.
